Baby rabbits will be fed once a day by their mother and do not need any extra feeding.
The mother will usually return to her nest at night and feed them, so just because you have no seen her does not mean she isn't around.
However, if you are CERTAIN a nest is abandoned you will need to contact a wildlife rehabber who will be able to take the rabbits and feed them correctly. Rabbits have very specific requirements in their milk and it is very hard for an inexperienced person to wean baby rabbits.
